Use Wedi Tools fixing sets for a secure hold underneath the tiles. Heavy objects, such as fittings and glass doors, can be attached securely with the mounting set. Depending on the load, the larger or smaller reinforcing plate contained in the set can be used. The plate is simply glued into a suitable recess in the wedi building board using wedi 610 and reinforced before tiling.
The wedi tools fixing set is strong and durable for example: a 2 meter high, 1 meter wide 8mm thick wet room screen can be installed into a wedi building board system with the use of 2 mounting plates. Thanks to its resistance against humidity, the material may also be applied in highly demanding wet areas.
